Yes! You can return any unworn, unwashed item, with tags, in its original packing, within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return contact us at info@medluxscrubs.com.au. We will send you a return label with instructions.

We don't currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, simply return your unworn item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd like instead.

We ship orders within 1 business day of receiving your order.

Delivery times depend on your location but within Australia, standard delivery will take between 3- 7 days and express delivery within 1-3 days. Our warehouse is located in Melbourne.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 (otherwise its $11).

Express shipping is $16 for all orders.

Yes, you will receive a tracking link as soon as it's received by Australia post (usually next business day).

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal, Afterpay, Apple pay, Google pay and Shop pay.

The top runs true to size, with a tailored, slim fit.

The pants run a little small, particularly through the hips. We recommend sizing up unless you like to wear them more snug.
